At Zolaris Store, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing times.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date you receive your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Automatic Pool Cleaner Parts
  • Chemical Feeder Parts & Accessories
  • Circuit Boards
  • Del Ozone Equipment Parts
  • Dolphin Electrical Power and Motors

These items are excluded from our return policy to ensure the safety and integrity of the products.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, including all original packaging and accessories.
  3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to the following address:

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by Zolaris Store.
